We have known Ralph for over 20 years going back to when he installed the in-floor heating and other plumbing in a house we were building in Lantzville. Since then, Ralph has done our servicing and dealt with any emergency issues that arose over time. Recently, we moved to Gabriola Island and were amazed and delighted to find that he had installed the in-floor heating in our new home as well. I have been involved in the Forest Products Manufacturing industry for over 40+ years – managed maintenance crews, operations, as well as being responsible for the construction of several mills. I can recognize a good tradesmen when I see one. Ralph has the experience and knowledge in the installation of any plumbing, boiler, domestic well water system or sewage pump station. He is the type of tradesmen that can troubleshoot problems that seem to manifest themselves with custom designed systems. Ralph retrofitted two old homes for me with new gas lines throughout, a Navien on demand hot water system, a combination Viessman hot water furnace and domestic hot water boiler, plumbed 3 complete bathrooms, and installed a gas fireplace. The expression I used when my wife asked me “How is he going to do that”? was – “Ralph will figure it out”, and he did. For the last 5 years, Ralph has come once a year to perform preventative maintenance on my gas boilers, change my water filters as well as install any system upgrades that might be needed. The systems have worked flawlessly since Ralph installed them. I highly recommend yearly servicing as I am past being able to do this on my own and it brings me peace of mind during the winter months when you need the heating and hot water systems.

He did our stove conversion to propane and our hot water on demand. After a few years we decided to build a new home.
